Tāmaki Housing is a Community Housing Provider that looks after public housing in Tāmaki (Glen Innes, Panmure and Point England) supporting over 2500 tenant whānau.  We work closely with our tenants to support them to thrive in their home and community. He angitūtanga | The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director – Tenancy Operations who can walk in the world of our tenants while leading large teams with clarity and confidence. Reporting to the General Manager Housing, you’ll oversee tenancy and rehousing operations across our property portfolio, providing whānau-centred service delivery within a highly regulated sector.

This role is for a leader who is accessible, innovative, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll balance technical rigour with people-centred practice, ensuring tenancy operations achieve exemplary performance while embedding tenant voice at every level. You’ll also provide senior leadership coverage, strengthening resilience across the housing portfolio and supporting the GM Housing.
