Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
This newly created role reports directly to the CEO and offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and engagement. You will focus on both nurturing and expanding existing members and partners, while identifying and securing new opportunities. As part of our small, dedicated team, and supported by a direct report, you will find no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Strategically grow and manage relationships with current and prospective members and partners, leveraging opportunities to amplify our impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent us in interactions and engagements—whether independently, alongside the CEO or board members, or supporting engagements led by the CEO/board. This may include some out-of-hours commitments.
- CRM System Management: Lead the setup and optimisation of Salesforce within the organization, including developing systems and disciplines, analysing and segmenting clients, and creating an effective account management strategy.

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. Key qualities include:
- Proven experience in client account management, with expertise in optimising CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of client segmentation and strategy development to unlock opportunities and drive growth.
- Exceptional communication skills and professionalism, with the ability to earn the respect of senior executives.
- The ability to balance innovation and creativity with planning and execution, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and ability to work across diverse functions and teams.
