We’re looking for a warm, organised, and people-focused Household Support Manager who can walk alongside families and individuals on their journey to owning their own home. You’ll be part of something genuinely life-changing – preparing, supporting, and advising families at every step, right through to move-in day.
This role requires an understanding of the social housing environment and the practical experience to manage a portfolio of properties, including property inspections. You’ll ideally bring a background in community housing or tenancy management, along with the empathy and communication skills to build strong relationships with diverse households.
You’ll be someone who is comfortable working independently, but also thrives as part of a small, mission-driven team. You’ll have an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a genuine desire to help make homeownership a reality to hardworking New Zealanders.
