Amy set up ATCL Search in 2018, as a bespoke search service for social good appointments. Amy spent 14 years with one of NZ’s largest HR and Search firms, and her earlier career was in human resources. Amy’s broad human resources experience combined with extensive search experience allows her to provide broad advice to our clients. She has a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources.
Mel Keane
Mel is a former senior consultant and general manager, and has worked for leading recruitment, executive search and professional services firms. Mel has expertise and networks in a range of sectors including energy, professional services, finance, marketing, and the public sector. Jo Bell
Jo brings significant experience at some of New Zealand’s most well known search and recruitment firms. She has extensive executive search experience at CEO and Board level, as well as senior roles across the public and for purpose sector. Jo has a BA (Hons) in Psychology, and is valued for her genuine warmth, strong relationship focus and sound advice to our clients and candidates.

Raewyn Brown
Raewyn has a proven track record as an executive search researcher and consultant . Her areas of expertise include kaupapa Māori and governance, and she has a particular interest in how technology can support the executive search process. Raewyn is of Ngāti Pikiao descent.

Carolyn Head
Carolyn is an experienced researcher and administrator in executive search. Carolyn has worked with Amy for over 12 years and provides a seamless candidate experience and exceptional attention to detail.
Anna Wakelin
Anna is a team co-ordinator, supporting our consulting team with all aspects of assignments. Her background is in public relations and marketing, and with four children she is an expert juggler. Anna leads the Professional Services Pod for Released Limited who support us with our enabling functions. Anna has a BA and a Graduate Diploma in Communications.
Amelia Maelzer
Amelia is a team co-ordinator, where her attention to detail ensures seamless operations. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Design degree at Auckland University of Technology.
